Compared with the prior art, the current collector can be in a normally-rising state in the vehicle running and charging process, frequent rising and falling actions are not needed, and therefore the service life of the current collector can be prolonged, operation of a driver is reduced, and the charging efficiency is improved. And on the other hand, arc discharge between the current collector and the charging rail can be effectively avoided.
