The invention discloses a three-proofing charging pile for a tramcar. The three-proofing charging pile comprises a charging pile body arranged at a tramcar station, the charging pile body is provided with a charging slot, and the charging slot is internally provided with an electrode connected with a charging power supply. The charging pile also comprises a controller and a tramcar position detector, wherein the tramcar position detector is connected to the input end of the controller. An opening of the charging slot is provided with a cover plate, and the cover plate is connected with an opening/closing driving device. The inner cavity wall of the charging slot is provided with air outlets which are communicated with an air supply device. The electrode is connected with the charging power supply via a normally-open contact of the contactor A, a coil terminal of the contactor A and a normally-open contact of a contactor B are connected in series between the cathode and anode of the electrode, and a coil terminal of the contactor B and the opening/closing driving device are both connected to the output end of the controller. Due to the cover plate and the air outlets, what is ensured is that the surface of the electrode is clean when a power receiving arm is inserted into the charging slot; and the electrode is connected with the charging power supply via the normally-open contacts of the contactors, so that the electrode is not live when not being charged.
