The invention discloses a stroke protection device and protection method for a constant deceleration braking system of a mine hoist, and relates to the technical field of safety braking control of the mine hoist, the stroke protection device comprises a position detection element, a position counting element, a position counting correction element, a human-computer interface and an electric control system, the position counting element is a high-speed counting module in an external PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and is used for receiving a pulse signal of the photoelectric encoder; the position counting and correcting element is a shaft switch arranged on a shaft and is used for correcting and synchronizing the counting value of the photoelectric encoder; the electric control system is used for collecting position information and speed information of the lifting container running in a shaft and transmitting collected signals to the hydraulic braking loop. According to the invention, speed-based stroke control of the constant deceleration braking system of the mine hoist is realized, and the problems of braking performance reduction and braking failure of the hoist caused by overspeed of the hoist due to faults of an electric control system of the hoist are prevented.

    一种矿井提升机恒减速制动系统行程保护装置及保护方法,涉及矿井提升机安全制动控制技术领域,包括位置检测元件、位置计数元件、位置计数校正元件、人机界面和电控系统,位置检测元件为固定在卷筒上的光电编码器,位置计数元件为外部PLC控制器中的高速计数模块,用于接收光电编码器的脉冲信号;位置计数校正元件为设置在井筒上的井筒开关,用于校正、同步光电编码器的计数值;电控系统用于采集提升容器运行在井筒中的位置信息和速度信息,并将采集到的信号传输给液压制动回路;本发明实现了基于速度的矿井提升机恒减速制动系统行程控制,防止由于提升机电控系统故障引起的提升机超速,进而导致提升机制动性能下降以及制动失效的问题。
