The invention belongs to the technical field of electromagnetic braking devices, and discloses an electromagnetic braking device for a mine hoist, which comprises braking mechanisms and a main shaft piece, the opposite surfaces of the two sides of the surface of the main shaft piece are respectively connected with the two braking mechanisms through a rotating shaft, and when an ascertained condition occurs in a control room, the braking mechanisms are connected with the main shaft piece through rotating shafts. A worker starts a motor through a key to work, a gear on one side of an output shaft drives an outer side belt wheel, meanwhile, a lead screw rotates to push a clamping mechanism to drive an arc-shaped clamping piece to move forwards, and in the process that the clamping mechanism drives the arc-shaped clamping piece to move forwards, inclined sliding rails on the inner walls of the two sides of a sliding frame are clamped by a round ball on one side of a sliding rod; the arc-shaped clamping piece is limited by sliding of the sliding rod in the forward moving process of the clamping mechanism, the arc-shaped clamping piece horizontally slides and moves downwards by stretching of the telescopic devices on the two sides of the bottom of the sliding block at the same time, and finally the clamping mechanism drives the arc-shaped clamping piece to be pushed forwards so that the surface of the main shaft piece can be clamped by the bottom of the arc-shaped clamping piece; the emergency braking effect is achieved under the power failure condition.

    本发明属于电磁制动装置技术领域,且公开了一种用于矿井提升机的电磁制动装置,包括制动机构、主轴件,在所述主轴件的表面两侧相对面均转轴连接有两个制动机构,在当操控室内出现断定情况时,通过工作人员钥匙启动电机进行工作使输出轴一侧齿轮传动外侧皮带轮,同时使丝杆转动推行夹持机构带动弧形夹片向前移动,当夹持机构带动弧形夹片向前移动过程中受滑杆的一侧圆球卡接滑框的两侧内壁倾斜滑轨首先移动,使夹持机构的向前移动过程中弧形夹片又受滑杆的滑行限制,其弧形夹片水平滑行同时受滑块底部两侧伸缩器的伸缩向下移动,最后夹持机构带动弧形夹片向前推进会呈现弧形夹片底部相夹持主轴件的表面,实现在断电情况下实现紧急制动的效果。
