According to the vector thrust machine of the underwater vehicle, vectorization control over the thrust direction is achieved through two crank and swing block mechanisms which are spatially coupled, the two mechanisms are the first-stage mechanism and the second-stage mechanism respectively and jointly form a vector mechanism, and the vector thrust machine comprises a vehicle cabin, two waterproof push rods, a connecting ring and necessary standard mechanical parts. The propelling system is a driven part of the second-stage mechanism, the propelling system and the connecting ring are integrally used as a driven part of the first-stage mechanism, and the two waterproof push rods drive the two crank and rocker mechanisms so as to control deflection of the propelling system to vectorize thrust. A propelling system is packaged into a whole and comprises a main propelling motor, a main propelling motor cabin, a connecting cabin, a tail cone, a coupler, a transmission shaft, a transmission shaft bearing, a propeller and necessary standard mechanical parts, and the propelling system is connected with a connecting ring through a bolt shaft and a yaw bearing to form a rotating pair. The connecting ring is connected with the cabin body through the pitching bearing to form a revolute pair, and the motor cabin, the motor cabin end cover and the connecting cabin form a sealed space to guarantee underwater sealing. The device has the advantages of being simple and compact in structure and suitable for underwater vehicles of different sizes.

    本发明涉及一种水下航行器的矢量推机器,通过空间耦合的两个曲柄摇块机构实现推力方向的矢量化控制,两个机构分别为一级机构和二级机构,共同构成矢量机构,包括航行器舱体、两个防水推杆、连接环以及必要的标准机械零件,推进系统为二级机构的被动零件,推进系统与连接环整体作为一级机构的被动零件,两个防水推杆驱动两曲柄摇杆机构从而控制推进系统的偏转使推力矢量化。本发明中推进系统封装为一个整体,包括主推电机、主推电机舱、连接舱、尾椎、联轴器、传动轴、传动轴轴承以及螺旋桨和必要的标准机械零件,推进系统通过螺栓轴和偏航轴承与连接环相连形成转动副,连接环通过俯仰轴承与舱体连接形成转动副,电机舱、电机舱端盖与连接舱形成密封空间保证水下密封。本发明具有结构简单、紧凑,适用于不同尺寸的水下航行器的优点。
