The invention discloses a remaining charging time determining method and device and an automobile, the method is applied to a controller, and the method comprises the steps that under the condition that a battery is charged, the actual charging maximum output capacity CML of a charging pile is obtained, and the actual CML serves as a first CML; and determining the remaining charging time of the battery according to the first CML. According to the scheme, the residual charging time is determined by using the actual charging maximum output capacity CML of the charging pile, and the problem that the residual charging time of the battery is inaccurate due to the fact that the residual charging time of the battery is determined by using the numerical value reported by the charging pile is avoided.

    本申请公开了一种剩余充电时间的确定方法、装置及汽车,所述方法应用于控制器,包括:在电池充电的情况下,获取充电桩的实际充电最大输出能力CML,并将实际CML作为第一CML;根据所述第一CML,确定所述电池的剩余充电时间。本申请的方案实现了利用充电桩的实际充电最大输出能力CML来确定剩余充电时间,避免了利用充电桩上报的数值确定电池的剩余充电时间而造成的电池剩余充电时间不准确的问题。
