The invention belongs to the field of intelligent additive welding and discloses a wheel-climbing type welding additive robot which comprises a supporting plate (8), a plurality of mechanical arms are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the supporting plate (8), and a front mechanical arm (12), a middle mechanical arm (11) and a rear mechanical arm (10) are arranged on each side of the supporting plate (8). Each mechanical arm is controlled by a first joint steering engine (16), a second joint steering engine (15), a third joint steering engine (14) and a telescopic rod (6); a power device is installed below the supporting plate (8) and used for driving each mechanical arm to move. The device can replace operators to enter narrow spaces in pipelines, special vehicle components, boxes, steamships and the like for additive welding, the risks of difficult operation, poor accessibility, high danger and the like of the operators in the narrow spaces are solved, and the efficiency and quality of welding and additive repairing are improved.

    本发明属于智能化增材焊接领域,公开了一种轮‑爬式焊接增材机器人,包括支撑板(8),所述支撑板(8)的两侧对称安装若干个机械臂,每侧设置有前机械臂(12)、中机械臂(11)、后机械臂(10),每个机械臂均由第一关节舵机(16)、第二关节舵机(15)、第三关节舵机(14)以及一个伸缩杆(6)控制;所述支撑板(8)下方安装动力装置,用于驱动每条机械臂的运动。本发明可以替代操作人员进入管道、特种车辆构件、箱体、轮船等内部狭小空间进行增材焊接,解决狭小空间内人员操作难、可达性差、危险性大等风险,提高焊接、增材修复的效率和质量。
