A negative pressure fan is turned on during welding, so that the stability of the robot main body during welding is enhanced; during walking, the negative pressure fan is turned off, resistance is reduced, the wall climbing function is achieved only through the permanent magnets in the steering wheels, and the flexibility of the moving process is guaranteed.
