The invention provides a vehicle structure with an anchoring unit, which can restrain deformation of a bottom plate due to tensile load input from an anchoring member. A vehicle structure (10) with an anchoring unit is provided with a bottom plate (17), a left anchoring member (71), and a right anchoring member (72). The bottom plate (17) is disposed below the rear seat. The left anchor member (71) and the right anchor member (72) are connected to the bottom plate (17) through a left anchor mounting portion (73) and a right anchor mounting portion (74). The bottom plate (17) has a left raised side wall (36) and a right raised side wall (37) extending in the vertical direction, and the left raised side wall (36) and the right raised side wall (37) are provided with a left anchor mounting part (73) and a right anchor mounting part (74).
