Anchoring arrangement (40) for anchoring a floatable unit (1) in water. The anchoring arrangement (40) comprises the floatable unit (1) and an anchoring element (30) comprising an elongated fundament (42) firmly attached in a bottom sediment (44) so that a longitudinal axis (L1) of the fundament (42) is oriented from the bottom sediment (44) towards the surface of the water. The anchoring element (30) further comprises a displacement member (50) rotary arranged on the fundament (42) and a connection member (52) adapted to form a connection between the displacement member (50) and a first part (22a) of the floatable unit (1).
