A vehicle structure (10) with an anchoring unit is provided with a rear floor panel (17), a pair of first anchoring members (72, 72A, 72B), and a reinforcing member (71). A rear seat is disposed above the rear bottom plate (17). A pair of first anchor members (72, 72A, 72B) are provided on the rear floor panel (17), and a child seat is attached to the first anchor members (72, 72A, 72B). The reinforcing member (71) connects the pair of first anchor members (72, 72A, 72B) and the rear floor panel (17). In addition, the reinforcing member (71) connects the pair of first anchor members (72, 72A, 72B).
