A quick stop pin comprises a steel ball, a pin sleeve, a pin rod, a clamping piece, a spring, a cylindrical pin and a pull ring, the pin rod penetrates into the pin sleeve and can axially move in the pin sleeve, a through hole is formed in the right side of the pin sleeve in the radial direction, and two concave tables are further arranged on the left side and the right side of the position, corresponding to the through hole of the pin sleeve, of the pin rod. The steel ball is installed in a through hole of the pin sleeve and makes contact with the outer circle face of the pin rod, the cylindrical pin is installed in a pin hole of the pin sleeve and penetrates through a groove in the pin rod, the pin rod is sleeved with the clamping piece, the pin rod is sleeved with the spring, the structure is reliable, and operation is easy. A common stop pin is a rod-shaped object, or a handle is arranged at one end of the rod, the common stop pin is inserted into a stop hole and can twist due to vibration and the like and even be separated from the air through vibration, so that the conventional stop pin is poor in reliability, and the use steps of the stop pin with high reliability are often tedious.

    一种快速止动销,包括钢球、销套、销杆、卡片、弹簧、圆柱销和拉环,所述销杆穿入销套内且可在销套内轴向运动,所述销套右侧径向设有通孔,所述销杆在与销套的通孔对应位置左右两侧还设有两个凹台,所述钢球安装在销套的通孔内且与销杆外圆面接触,所述圆柱销安装在销套的销孔内且穿过销杆上的凹槽,所述卡片套设在销杆外,所述弹簧套设在销杆外,结构可靠,操作简单;一般的止动销是一个杆状物,或在杆子一端设置手柄,其插入止动孔中,可因振动等原因发生扭转甚至从空中振动脱离,所以常规的止动销可靠性比较差,而可靠性较高的止动销往往使用步骤比较繁琐。
