The invention discloses a non-stop quick getting-on-and-off system, which comprises a train and a railroad, wherein the top of the train is provided with a transit carriage rail and a transit carriage connected with the transit carriage rail in a cooperation way and capable of sliding; the system further comprises a transit entrance door, a transit carriage passenger-accessing door, a platform, a replacement rail and a replacement transit carriage. The train arrives at the platform without changing the speed, the transit carriage slides and gradually gets close to the rear end of the replacement rail, and when the train approaches, namely the moment when the front end of the transit carriage rail is jointed with the rear end of the replacement rail, the transit carriage slides onto the replacement rail from the transit carriage rail so that the purpose of non-stop getting-off is realized; the train keeps going after passenger getting-off, the replacement transit carriage slides and gradually gets close to the front end of the replacement rail, and when the train approaches, namely the moment when the rear end of the transit carriage rail is jointed with the front end of the replacement rail, the replacement transit carriage slides off from the replacement rail and moves onto the transit carriage rail so that the purpose of non-stop getting-on is realized. By adopting the non-stop quick getting-on-and-off system, the train is not needed to be stopped for getting-on-and-off, and at least one third of driving time can be shortened.
