The satellite-rocket separation device comprises a mounting plate, a first guide interface and a second guide interface, wherein the mounting plate is provided with a first guide interface; the supporting legs are connected with the mounting plate; a first guide part is arranged on the side, close to the mounting plate, of the supporting leg, and the first guide part is suitable for being inserted into the first guide connector so as to conduct butt joint guide and/or separation guide on the mounting plate and the supporting leg; the first guide part and the first guide interface are suitable for being connected through an explosive bolt; a second guide interface is formed in the supporting leg; the separation spring assembly is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate, and the separation spring assembly is suitable for pushing the supporting legs; the pushing end of the separation spring assembly is provided with a second guide part, and the second guide part is suitable for being inserted into the second guide connector. The satellite-rocket separation device provided by the invention can correct the influence of the explosive bolt impulse on the satellite attitude and improve the satellite injection precision.
