The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace, in particular to a satellite and rocket separation unlocking device which comprises a main body base, a locking assembly, a connecting assembly and a driving assembly, the main body base is used for being fixed to a carrying tool, and the connecting assembly is used for being connected with a load; the locking assembly and the driving assembly are both installed on the main body base, the driving assembly is used for making contact with the load, and the locking assembly is used for locking the connecting assembly so that the driving assembly can make contact with the connecting assembly. The locking assembly is used for unlocking the connecting assembly so that the driving assembly can drive the connecting assembly to be separated from the locking assembly. The invention aims to provide a satellite and rocket separation unlocking device aiming at at least one technical problem related in the prior art.
