The invention provides a satellite unlocking separation device. The satellite unlocking separation device comprises four support rods, a bottom plate and an unlocking unit, wherein four support rods are connected with the satellite; a locking seat is arranged on the bottom plate, and four containing grooves being corresponding to four support rods are formed in the locking seat; the ends of the support rods being far from the satellite are arranged in the containing grooves; the unlocking unit comprises a locking rod and four tightening pieces being corresponding to the support rods one-to-one, one end of each tightening piece props against the corresponding support rod for fixing the support rod in the corresponding containing groove, and the other end of each tightening piece is connected with the locking rod. By adopting the technical scheme, four tightening pieces are connected with the locking rod. Four support rods are in unlocking state after that the locking rod is cut off and the unlocking synchronism is effectively improved.
