The invention discloses a satellite-rocket separation mechanism, which comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, a third connecting piece and a fourth connecting piece, one side of the second connecting piece is used for being connected with the carrier rocket, a second protrusion is formed on the other side of the second connecting piece and used for being matched with the first groove, and the diameters of the matched parts on the second connecting piece and the first groove are gradually reduced in the first direction; the third connecting piece is in a pin shape, when the third connecting piece is limited to the first station, the third connecting piece is used for connecting the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, and when the third connecting piece moves to the second station from the first station, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are disconnected; the separating device comprises a pushing assembly which acts to apply acting force in opposite directions to the pushing assembly and the separating device in the first direction; the unlocking assembly acts to switch the position of the third connecting piece and can trigger the pushing assembly to act. According to the satellite-rocket separation mechanism, the satellite and the carrier rocket can still stay in a set orbit after being separated.
