The invention relates to the technical field of ship manufacturing, in particular to a deck segment hoisting method and a ship, and the deck segment hoisting method comprises the following steps: S1, according to the design weight of a deck segment, the positions and the number of hoisting holes are calibrated on a design drawing of the deck segment, and the hoisting holes are designed in a web plate of a deck T-beam of the deck segment; s2, aggregate blanking is conducted according to the design drawing, and hoisting hole forming operation is conducted on the aggregate with the hoisting holes; s3, the aggregates are assembled to form the deck segments; and S4, hoisting equipment is connected with the hoisting holes, and the deck sections are hoisted to the ship body to be installed. According to the invention, the labor intensity is reduced and the construction speed is accelerated while smooth hoisting of the deck section is ensured.

    本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种甲板分段吊装方法和船舶,甲板分段吊装方法包括如下步骤:S1、根据甲板分段的设计重量,在甲板分段的设计图纸上标定开吊装孔的位置和数量,所述吊装孔设计在甲板分段的甲板T梁的腹板上;S2、依据所述设计图纸进行骨材下料,并在设计有所述吊装孔的骨材上进行开所述吊装孔作业;S3、将所述骨材组装形成所述甲板分段;S4、利用起吊设备与所述吊装孔连接,将所述甲板分段吊装到船体上进行安装。本发明能够保证甲板分段顺利吊装的同时,降低了劳动强度,加快施工的速度。
