The invention provides a ship multi-layer deck hoisting method. The ship multi-layer deck hoisting method comprises the following steps that the levelness of the peripheral area of a mounting opening of a first-layer broadside deck and the relative height L of the peripheral areas of the mounting openings of two adjacent layers of broadside decks are measured; a preassembling site is selected, a plurality of layers of detachable decks to be hoisted are assembled into a preassembling total assembly, the height of a coaming wall between every two adjacent layers of detachable decks is determined according to the relative height L, and the flatness of the peripheral area of the first layer of detachable deck is determined according to the levelness of the peripheral area of the broadside deck mounting opening; hoisting the preassembled total assembly to a broadside deck mounting opening, and splicing the preassembled total assembly with the broadside deck; according to the method, the hoisting frequency of the slipway stage is reduced, the work of welding, allowance trimming and the like in a closed space after the deck is hoisted to the ship can be reduced, the building efficiency of the slipway of the ship is improved, and potential safety hazards in the building process are reduced.

    本发明提供一种船舶多层甲板吊装方法,包括如下步骤:测量首层舷侧甲板安装开口周边区域的水平度以及相邻两层舷侧甲板安装开口周边区域的相对高度L;选取预装场地,将待吊装的若干层可拆卸甲板组装为预装总组件,其中,相邻两层可拆卸甲板之间围板壁的高度根据相对高度L确定,第一层可拆卸甲板四周区域的平面度根据所述舷侧甲板安装开口周边区域的水平度确定;将预装总组件吊装至舷侧甲板安装开口,并与所述舷侧甲板进行拼接;该方法减少了船台阶段的吊装次数,可减少甲板吊装上船后在密闭空间内的焊接及余量修割等工作,提升船舶的船台建造效率,降低建造过程的安全隐患。
