The invention discloses a hoisting method for a full-width super-long deck block of a gas ship. The hoisting method comprises the following steps: 1, crane selection: selecting a double-beam portal crane; 2, confirming a lifting point: selecting a lifting row and a lock which meet the lifting specification, and respectively arranging a first hanger and a second hanger on a port rib and a starboard rib of the deck; 3, hanging row selection: determining the distance between the hanging point positions of the special hanging row of the lower trolley, and ensuring that each hanging point is stressed uniformly; 4, mounting lifting rings: mounting the corresponding lifting rings on the top surfaces of the corresponding decks according to the lifting point positions; according to the invention, efficient assembly and carrying of the deck block of the gas ship are realized, so that the carrying workload is greatly reduced, the time period of deck block carrying after the liquid tank is hoisted is greatly shortened, and meanwhile, the risk of fire catching of the liquid tank caused by construction in the top area of the liquid tank is effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种气体船全宽超长型甲板总段吊装方法,包括以下步骤:1、吊机选择:选用双梁门式起重机;2、吊点确认:选取满足起吊规格的吊排、锁具,在甲板左舷肋骨、甲板右舷肋骨上分别设置第一吊码、第二吊码;3、吊排选用:确认下小车特殊吊排所设吊点位置的间距,确保每个吊点的受力均;4、吊环安装:根据吊点位置在对应的甲板顶面安装相应的吊环;实现了气体船甲板总段的高效总组及搭载,因大大减少了搭载的工作量,极大的缩短了液罐吊装后,甲板分段搭载的时间周期,同时有效降低了在液罐顶部区域施工的造成的液罐着火风险。
