The invention provides an overall heat-proof structure with ablation and heat-insulation function partitions and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, loading an ablation layer chopped fiber premix into a female die, and carrying out molding preforming curing to obtain an ablation layer preform; s2, machining the inner molded surface of the ablation layer preform; s3, low-density prepreg cloth of a heat insulation layer is laid and attached to the inner molded surface; s4, carrying out molding, preforming and curing to obtain a heat insulation layer-ablation layer preform; s5, machining the inner shape surface of the heat insulation layer; and S6, demolding is conducted, and the overall heat-proof structure with the ablation and heat insulation function partitions is obtained. According to the preparation method, the ablative layer is prepared from the chopped fiber premix on the outside, the ablative layer can meet the temperature tolerance requirement, the thermal insulation layer is prepared from the low-density prepreg cloth on the inside, the working temperature requirements of a load-bearing structure and equipment in an inner cabin can be met, and meanwhile the lightweight requirement of a thermal protection structure is met.

    本发明提供一种烧蚀、隔热功能分区的整体防热结构及其制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:S1.将烧蚀层短切纤维预混料装入阴模模具中,进行模塑预成型固化,得到烧蚀层预制体;S2.对烧蚀层预制体的内型面机械加工;S3.将隔热层低密度预浸布铺贴至内型面上;S4.进行模塑预成型固化,得到隔热层‑烧蚀层预制体;S5.对隔热层的内形面进行机械加工;S6.脱模,得到烧蚀、隔热功能分区的整体防热结构。该制备方法在外部采用短切纤维预混料制备烧蚀层,烧蚀层可满足耐受温度要求,在内部采用低密度预浸布制备隔热层,可满足承力结构、内舱内设备工作温度要求,同时满足了防热结构的轻质化要求。
