The invention relates to the technical field of films, in particular to a high-heat-insulation explosion-proof film as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention discloses a high-heat-insulation explosion-proof film which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of solated polyurethane, 5 to 10 parts of composite glass microsphere powder, 10 to 15 parts of compatilizer, 1.0 to 1.5 parts of curing agent, 3 to 5 parts of nano cellulose fibril and 3 to 5 parts of dispersing agent. According to the high-heat-insulation and explosion-proof film disclosed by the invention, the film with excellent heat insulation, mechanical property and explosion-proof performance is formed by the raw materials such as the solated polyurethane, the composite glass microsphere powder and the nano cellulose fibril under the action of the compatilizer and the curing agent.
