    本发明实施例提供一种智能辅助驾驶的避让控制方法、系统、设备及存储介质,属于驾驶辅助功能安全技术领域。智能辅助驾驶的避让控制方法包括:获取当前车道的障碍物信息和车道线信息;基于障碍物信息和所述车道线信息,判断目标车辆是否需要借道避障;若确定目标车辆需要借道避障,则获取当前车道的相邻车道的车况信息;基于相邻车道的车况信息、障碍物信息以及车道线信息,确定出避让措施;基于避让措施,对目标车辆进行避障控制。即本发明实施例判断车辆是否需要借道避障,提高了借道避障的效率,且将相邻车道的车况状态考虑进避障措施中,避免了紧急占用相邻车道,导致影响其他车辆正常行驶的问题,提高了避障功能的安全性,提高了用户体验。
