The method comprises the following steps: analyzing environmental data to obtain a reference distance between a target vehicle and an obstacle in the environment; determining a front wheel friction coefficient and a rear wheel friction coefficient according to the vehicle information and the driving data of the target vehicle; feature extraction is carried out on road information, front wheel friction coefficients, rear wheel friction coefficients, the driving data and the reference distance of the target road through a collision time determination model, target features are obtained, the target features describe the relation between a first change condition and a second change condition, the first change condition is the change condition of the speed of the target vehicle, and the second change condition is the change condition of the speed of the target vehicle; the second change condition is the change condition of the distance between the target vehicle and the obstacle; the collision time of the target vehicle and the obstacle is determined based on the target features through the collision time determination model, and the accuracy of the collision time is improved.
