The invention discloses an ordered charging control method and device for an electric vehicle. The device comprises a user terminal, a concentrator and an intelligent electric meter. The intelligent electric meter is electrically connected with the concentrator; the control method is applied to a concentrator and comprises the steps of receiving a charging request sent by an intelligent electric meter from a user terminal; the charging request comprises charging demand information; according to the resident load prediction power set and the historical charging power data set of the target transformer area in the target time period, obtaining a transformer area load data set of the target time period; calculating a charging plan power data set of the target time period based on a predetermined optimization model according to the charging demand information and the transformer area load data set; and issuing the charging plan power data set in the target time period to the intelligent electric meter for execution. According to the invention, the charging behavior of the user can be effectively regulated and controlled on the premise that the capacity of the existing residential district distribution transformer is not changed, and the problem that the existing residential district distribution transformer cannot meet the access of disordered loads of large-scale electric vehicles is solved.

    本发明公开一种电动汽车有序充电控制方法及装置,包括用户终端、集中器以及智能电表;智能电表与集中器电连接;控制方法应用在集中器,包括:接收智能电表发送的来自用户终端的充电请求;充电请求包括充电需求信息;根据目标台区在目标时间段的居民负荷预测功率集合以及历史充电功率数据集合,得到目标时间段的台区负荷数据集合;根据充电需求信息和台区负荷数据集合,基于预先确定的优化模型,计算目标时间段的充电计划功率数据集合;将目标时间段的充电计划功率数据集合下发至智能电表执行。本发明能够在现有居住区配变容量不变的前提下,对用户充电行为进行有效调控,解决现有的居住区配变不能满足大规模的电动汽车无序负荷的接入的问题。
