The method comprises the following steps: evaluating the dynamic surplus capacity of a power supply system of the residence community, and making a dynamic charging plan of the electric vehicle according to the time-capacity characteristic of the dynamic surplus capacity. And users with different charging requirements are guided to enter different charging sequence levels through price differences. Through the load prediction module, a community power distribution network system, resident electricity consumption and electric vehicle access quantity are predicted in advance, the expected total charging duration of different sequence charging users is calculated, and the users can conveniently select proper sequence levels according to requirements. And the orderly charging control module controls the electric vehicle charging pile to access, wait, exit, access to the power distribution network again and the like, so that the charging load of the electric vehicle is matched with the dynamic surplus capacity of the power supply system. Existing power supply and distribution system resources of the residence community are utilized, the problem that electric vehicles in the existing residence community are difficult to charge is solved, and repeated investment of the power supply and distribution system is reduced.

    一种用于住宅小区的电动汽车有序充电控制方法:评估住宅小区供电系统的动态富余容量,根据动态富余容量的时间‑容量特征,制定电动汽车动态充电计划。通过价格差异引导不同充电需求的用户分进入不同的充电序列级别。通过负荷预测模块,提前对小区配电网系统、居民用电量和电动汽车接入量进行预测,计算出不同序列充电用户的预期充电总时长,方便用户根据需求选择合适的序列级别。通过有序充电控制模块控制电动汽车充电桩进行接入、等待、退出、重新接入配电网等动作,实现电动汽车充电负荷与供电系统的动态富余容量相匹配。本发明利用住宅小区已有的供配电系统资源,解决了既有住宅小区电动汽车充电难的问题,减少了供配电系统的重复投资。
