The invention relates to an underwater replacement system for an AUV battery, the underwater replacement system is used for replacing a battery pack of the AUV, the battery pack is provided with a butt joint port, the AUV is provided with a second butt joint, and the replacement system comprises a main frame; the battery storage system is arranged on one side in the main frame, and a first butt joint is arranged on the battery storage system; the replacement mechanism is arranged on the other side in the main frame and used for replacing the battery pack, and a butt joint seat is arranged on the replacement mechanism; the guide bracket is arranged at the top of the main frame; wherein the butt joint seat is locked with one end of the butt joint opening in a matched mode, the first butt joint head and the second butt joint head are the same in structure and are locked with the other end of the butt joint opening in a matched mode, and the other end of the butt joint opening is automatically unlocked while the butt joint seat is locked with one end of the butt joint opening. Unlocking of the second butt joint and the butt joint opening is completed, locking of the butt joint seat and the butt joint opening is completed at the same time, the battery pack can be conveniently and rapidly replaced underwater, and the working time proportion of the AUV is increased.
