The invention provides a high-strength torsion beam which comprises a cross beam and two longitudinal arms, and each longitudinal arm is provided with an axle plate. The axle plate is a U-shaped bent plate and comprises a middle plate and two side plates which are arranged on the two sides of the middle plate correspondingly and oppositely. The middle plate is used for installing a hub support, at least one side plate is provided with a through hole used for allowing a longitudinal arm to penetrate through, and the edge, close to the through hole, of at least one side plate is an arc welding position welded to the longitudinal arm. The through hole is formed in the matching position of at least one side plate of the axle plate and the longitudinal arm to form a lantern ring structure, and the matching of the axle plate with the through hole and the longitudinal arm is designed to be a whole-circle matching welding. Under the tension working condition, the lower portion of the axle plate shares most tension, the stress of a weld bead is obviously reduced, the risk of weld bead failure is fundamentally solved, and therefore high-strength connection between the axle plate and the longitudinal arm can be achieved on the premise that the lightweight design of the torsion beam is achieved. The invention further provides a vehicle with the high-strength torsion beam.

    本发明提供的一种高强度扭转梁,包括横梁以及两个纵臂,每个纵臂设置有一个轮轴板。轮轴板为U型弯折板,包括中间板以及分别设置于中间板的两侧且相对设置的两个侧板。中间板用于安装轮毂支架,至少一个侧板上开设有用于穿设纵臂的通孔,至少一个侧板靠近通孔的边缘为与纵臂焊接的圆弧焊接位。通过将轮轴板的至少一个侧板与纵臂配合处开设通孔,形成套环结构,将该开设通孔的轮轴板与纵臂的配合设计为一整圈配合焊接。在受拉工况时,该轮轴板的下方分担了大部分拉力,焊道的受力明显降低,根本上解决了焊道失效的风险,从而能够在实现扭转梁轻量化设计的前提下,同时实现轮轴板与纵臂高强度连接。本发明还提供一种具有上述高强度扭转梁的车辆。
