According to the torsion beam, due to blocking of the front edge of the beam, wind cannot touch the rear edge of the beam, wind resistance borne by the rear edge of the beam is basically zero, vortex resistance is not formed in an inner cavity of the beam, and the wind resistance borne by the rear edge of the beam is zero. Therefore, the air resistance on the cross beam is FW cross beam = Ffront + 0 = Ffront, so that on the premise of not changing the cross beam structure of the existing torsion beam, the wind resistance on the torsion beam can be effectively reduced, the oil consumption is reduced, the torsion beam is prevented from being influenced by the rising force, the road holding force of a rear axle is prevented from being influenced by the rising force, and the dynamic property of an automobile is improved.

    本发明公开了一种扭转梁以及车辆,该扭转梁包括横梁,横梁由板件折弯构成,横梁沿车辆行驶方向具有前部及后部,前部的上端与后部的上端通过折弯部连接,前部远离折弯部的一端为横梁前沿,后部远离折弯部的一端为横梁后沿,横梁前沿所在水平面低于或齐平于横梁后沿所在水平面。上述扭转梁由于横梁前沿的阻挡,风未能触及横梁后沿,横梁后沿所受风阻基本为0,在横梁内腔未形成涡旋阻力,横梁后沿风阻受力F后为0。因此,横梁受到空气阻力为FW横梁=F前+0=F前,从而在不改变现有扭转梁的横梁结构的前提下,可以有效降低扭力梁所受风阻,减少油耗,并且避免扭转梁受到上升力的影响,避免后轴抓地力受此影响,从而改善汽车的动力性。
