The invention relates to the field of injection molding, and discloses an injection molding method of a capacitive sensor, the sensor is subjected to at least two times of injection molding, the sensor is at least divided into a PCBA board, an inner mold and an outer mold from inside to outside through the method, the PCBA board is provided with a capacitance area, the capacitance area is configured to protrude out of the plane where the PCBA board is located, and the outer mold is configured to protrude out of the plane where the PCBA board is located. The inner mold is provided with a positioning supporting point, during injection molding, the inner mold is firstly subjected to injection molding, the inner mold wraps the area, except the capacitor area and the supporting positioning point of the inner mold, of the PCBA board, then the outer mold is subjected to injection molding, and the outer mold completely wraps the remaining area, not wrapped by the inner mold, of the inner mold and the inner mold. The design of two-time low-pressure injection molding is adopted, effective combination of the first-time injection molding material and the second-time injection molding material is achieved, and according to actual measurement verification, 300-hour 60-DEG C water soaking verification and IPX9K waterproof requirements can be met.
