The invention provides a box machining process. A supporting assembly, a lifting mechanism, a rotating mechanism, two clamping mechanisms, two overturning mechanisms and a hoisting mechanism are included. The supporting assembly is used for supporting a box body blank to be machined so that a worker can control machining equipment to machine the box body blank. The lifting mechanism is used for lifting the box body blank, so that the box body blank is separated from the supporting assembly, and the rotating mechanism drives the box body blank to rotate; the rotating mechanism is used for rotating the box body blank so as to replace and adjust the machining end face. The box body machining process provided by the invention has the advantages that the operation is relatively convenient and the process is relatively simple when the machining direction of the box body blank is changed.
本发明提供了一种箱体加工工艺,包括:支撑组件、升降机构、旋转机构、两个夹持机构、两个翻转机构和吊装机构;所述支撑组件用于支撑待加工的箱体毛坯,以使工作人员操控机械加工设备对箱体毛坯进行机械加工;所述升降机构用于将箱体毛坯升起,使箱体毛坯脱离支撑组件以便旋转机构驱动箱体毛坯进行旋转;所述旋转机构用于将箱体毛坯进行旋转,以更换调节加工端面。本发明提供的箱体加工工艺具有在对箱体毛坯进行加工方位调换时,操作比较方便,工艺比较简单的优点。
