The invention discloses an integrated axle body machining process. The integrated axle body machining process comprises the following steps that S1, a square pipe or a round pipe is cut into a fixed length; S2, a straight seam is cut in the middle of each of the upper face and the lower face of the square pipe or the round pipe; S3, a hydraulic machine is used for opening the straight seam step bystep, a mold is used for assisting in opening in the opening process, and therefore an axle housing with the needed shape and size is obtained; S4, the opened opening is repaired by using a plasma cutting machine or a laser cutting machine, so that the size and the shape of the opening are the same as those of the opening of the axle housing; S5, four triangular steel plates are welded to the four triangular cracks of the axle housing respectively; and S6, a reinforcing ring is welded to one end of the axle housing, and a rear cover is welded to the other end of the axle housing. According tothe integrated axle body machining process, an axle tube and the axle housing of the machined and formed axle body are integrally formed, segmentation is avoided, the overall deformation is small, the wall thickness of the axle housing is uniform after machining is completed, the axle body with higher precision can be machined, and the loading capacity of the axle body is improved.
一体车桥桥身加工工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:把方管或者圆管切割成固定的长度;S2:在方管或圆管的上下面中部均切割一条直缝;S3:使用液压机逐步撑开直缝,撑开过程中使用模具辅助撑开,以便得到所需形状和尺寸的桥壳;S4:使用等离子切割机或者激光切割机对撑开的开口进行修补,使开口的尺寸和形状与桥壳的开口尺寸和形状相同;S5:将4个三角钢板分别焊接在桥壳的4个三角裂缝处;S6:在桥壳的一端焊接上加强环,另一端焊接上后盖。此发明加工成型的车桥桥身的桥管和桥壳一体成型,无分段,整体变形量小,加工完成后桥壳的壁厚均匀,可以加工出精度更高的车桥桥身,增加了车桥桥身的负载能力。
