The invention discloses an electric steering control method which comprises the following steps: acquiring the current vehicle speed and input torque of a vehicle, and judging whether the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to a preset vehicle speed threshold value or not; if the current vehicle speed is larger than or equal to a preset vehicle speed threshold value, the electric power steering system is controlled to generate steering resistance torque; according to the input torque and the steering resistance torque, the target torque of the vehicle is determined, and the target torque is used for steering the vehicle. The invention further discloses an electric steering control system, a vehicle and a computer readable storage medium. By applying the electric steering control method to the electric steering control system and the vehicle, the stability of a vehicle body and the operation driving feeling of a user to the vehicle can be kept in the high-speed running steering process of the vehicle.
