The invention relates to the technical field of ship manufacturing, in particular to a stern shaft steel casting and a welding method of the stern shaft steel casting and a ship plate. The stern shaft steel casting comprises steel casting main body external connecting parts and internal connecting parts, the external connecting parts are connected with the front end of the steel casting main body, the external connecting parts are arranged on the left side and the right side of the steel casting main body, the front end of each external connecting part extends along the plane of the inner side wall of the external connecting part to form a butt joint boss, and the inner side faces of the butt joint bosses are flush with the inner side faces of the external connecting parts. The outer side face of the butt-joint boss is lower than the outer side faces of the external connecting parts, the ship plate outer plate can be in lap joint with the outer side face of the butt-joint boss and is fixedly welded to the butt-joint boss, and the internal connecting part is connected with the front end of the steel casting body and clamped between the two external connecting parts. The inner connecting part extends forwards and extends out of a ship radial plane jointly formed by the front end faces of the two butt joint bosses, and the inner connecting part can be welded and fixed to an inner plate of the ship plate. According to the welding method of the stern shaft steel casting and the ship plate, reasonable welding of the stern shaft steel casting and the ship plate is achieved by applying the stern shaft steel casting.

    本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,尤其涉及艉轴铸钢件及艉轴铸钢件与船板的焊接方法。该艉轴铸钢件包括铸钢件主体外接部以及内接部,外接部与铸钢件主体的前端相连,铸钢件主体的左右两侧均设置有外接部,每个外接部前端均沿其内侧壁平面延伸有对接凸台,对接凸台的内侧面与外接部的内侧面相平齐,对接凸台的外侧面低于外接部的外侧面,船板外板能够搭接在对接凸台的外侧面上并与对接凸台焊接固定,内接部与铸钢件主体的前端相连并夹设在两个外接部之间,内接部向前延伸并伸出两个对接凸台的前端面共同构成的船舶径向平面,内接部能够与船板内板焊接固定。艉轴铸钢件与船板的焊接方法通过应用上述艉轴铸钢件,实现艉轴铸钢件与船板的合理焊接。
