The invention relates to a mounting assembly, a tail shaft mounting device and a mounting method of a ship tail shaft. The mounting assembly comprises a bearing, a bearing seat, a mounting base and two sealing plates. The periphery of the bearing seat is sleeved with the mounting base, the mounting base and the bearing seat are spaced to form a containing cavity, the containing cavity is filled with epoxy resin, and the side, away from the bearing seat, of the mounting base is used for being fixedly connected with a cabin wall. The two sealing plates are arranged at the two ends of the bearing seat in the axis direction respectively, one end of each sealing plate is fixedly connected with the bearing seat, the other end of each sealing plate is fixedly connected with the mounting base, and the sealing plates can seal the opening of the containing cavity. The sealing plate is used for preventing epoxy resin from overflowing outwards, and pouring operation can be conveniently carried out in the installation process. Direct installation of the sealing plate has the advantages of being convenient to operate and high in reliability, and installation efficiency can be improved. Meanwhile, compared with sealant, the sealing plate is higher in self strength, higher in vibration resistance and better in epoxy resin sealing performance, and the reliability of the installation assembly can be improved.
本发明涉及一种安装组件、艉轴安装装置以及船舶艉轴的安装方法,安装组件包括轴承、轴承座、安装基座和两个封板。安装基座套设在轴承座的周部,安装基座与轴承座之间间隔以形成容纳腔,容纳腔内填充有环氧树脂,安装基座背离轴承座的一侧用于与舱壁连接固定。两个封板分别设置于轴承座轴线方向的两端,封板的一端与轴承座连接固定,另一端与安装基座连接固定,并使封板能够封堵容纳腔的开口。利用封板阻挡环氧树脂向外溢出,方便在安装过程中实施浇注作业。直接安装封板具有操作方便、可靠性高的特点,有利于提高安装效率。同时,封板相比于密封胶,自身强度更高,抗振性能更强,对环氧树脂的密封性能更好,有利于提高安装组件的可靠性。
