The invention provides a soft package power battery pack without thermal diffusion. The soft package power battery pack comprises an upper cover, a battery cell module array, a frame, a liquid cooling plate and a bottom protection plate, the battery cell module array is formed by arranging a plurality of battery cell modules in an array mode, and the bottoms of all the battery cell modules in the battery cell module array are isolated from one another. A plurality of first pressure relief openings are formed in the bottom of the battery cell module. And the frame forms a battery cell module groove array through the cross beams and the longitudinal beams in a staggered manner so as to accommodate the battery cell module array. And the liquid cooling plate is arranged below the cell module groove array. A plurality of second pressure relief openings are formed in the liquid cooling plate, and the second pressure relief openings correspond to the first pressure relief openings in a one-to-one mode. And at least one third pressure relief opening is formed in the bottom protection plate. The upper cover, the frame and the liquid cooling plate enclose to form an accommodating space, and the bottom protection plate, the frame and the liquid cooling plate enclose to form a pressure relief space. High-temperature and high-pressure gas or substances generated after thermal runaway of the battery cell module can be discharged into the pressure relief space through the first pressure relief opening and the second pressure relief opening, and are discharged out of the battery pack through the third pressure relief opening.

    本发明提出一种无热扩散的软包动力电池包,包括:上盖、电芯模组阵列、框架、液冷板和底护板。电芯模组阵列由多个电芯模组以阵列的形式排列组成,电芯模组阵列中每个电芯模组的底部相互隔绝。电芯模组底部设有多个第一泄压口。框架通过横梁与纵梁交错组成电芯模组槽阵列以容纳电芯模组阵列。液冷板设于电芯模组槽阵列的下方。液冷板上开有多个第二泄压口,第二泄压口与第一泄压口一一对应。底护板上开有至少一个第三泄压口。上盖、框架和液冷板围合形成容纳空间,底护板、框架和液冷板围合形成泄压空间。电芯模组热失控后产生的高温高压气体或物质能通过第一泄压口和第二泄压口排至泄压空间,并通过第三泄压口排出该电池包。
