The invention provides a soft package battery thermal management and thermal runaway prevention device. The device is used for intelligently adjusting and controlling the surface temperature of soft package batteries in an automobile and preventing spreading of thermal runaway, and comprises: a plurality of heat exchange plates detachably arranged on the two sides of each soft package battery andinternally provided with radiator pipelines for heat exchange through flowing of a heat exchange medium; a liquid inlet header section connected with the multiple heat exchange plates and used for allowing a heat exchange medium to flow in; and a liquid outlet header section, wherein the liquid inlet pipes are arranged below the liquid inlet collecting pipe section in parallel, the liquid outlet header section is connected with the heat exchange plates and is used for flowing out of a heat exchange medium, each heat exchange plate is made of a foamed aluminum plate and a composite phase changematerial, the foamed aluminum plate is filled with the composite phase-change material, the composite phase-change material and the radiator pipeline are formed in a nested mode, a temperature sensorand a heat flux density sensor are arranged on the heat exchange plate, the temperature of the battery is intelligently regulated and controlled according to the two kinds of data, and when the temperature of the composite phase-change material is not changed, and if the heat flux density is sharply increased to reach a threshold value, a battery management system powers off a battery.

    本发明提供了一种软包电池热管理和阻止热失控装置,用于对汽车中软包电池的表面温度进行智能调节控制并防止热失控的蔓延,包括:多个换热板,可拆卸地置于每个软包电池的两侧,内部设有通过换热介质的流动进行换热的散热器管路;进液集管段,与多个换热板连接,用于换热介质的流入;以及出液集管段,平行设置在进液集管段的下方,与多个换热板连接,用于换热介质的流出,其中,换热板由泡沫铝板和复合相变材料制成,复合相变材料填充在泡沫铝板中并与散热器管道嵌套成型,换热板上设有温度传感器与热流密度传感器,根据两种数据智能调控电池温度,当复合相变材料温度不变时,若热流密度急剧增加达到阈值,电池管理系统对电池进行断电处理。
