The invention provides a vehicle soft package battery equalization device and a soft package battery equalization method. The equalization method of the vehicle soft package battery comprises the following steps: accessing a battery to be equalized into a parallel equalization circuit by utilizing a vehicle soft package battery equalization device, sequentially equalizing battery cells to be equalized by adopting a first-in first-out sequence, and maintaining the SOC of each equalized battery cell within a preset range, wherein the number of the battery cells entering the vehicle soft packagebattery equalization device is N, and the equalization time of the battery cells is T; and enabling the vehicle soft package battery equalization device to comprise a clamp clamping type or a copper sheet pressing type. According to the battery cell balancing device, on the premise that the battery cell balancing efficiency is remarkably improved, the space and cost required by balancing operationare reduced, it is guaranteed that the SOC difference of the balanced battery cells is kept within a certain range, and the battery cell balancing device is low in cost and high in efficiency. The device is suitable for balancing large-batch battery cells on an assembly line.

    本发明提出了车用软包电池均衡装置及软包电池的均衡方法,车用软包电池的均衡方法,该方法利用车用软包电池均衡装置将待均衡电池接入并联均衡电路中,采用先进先出的顺序依次均衡待均衡电芯,将均衡完毕的各电芯SOC维持在预定范围内;进入车用软包电池均衡装置的电芯数量为N,且电芯的均衡时间为T。车用软包电池均衡装置包括夹具夹紧型或者铜片压紧型。本发明能够在显著提高电芯均衡效率的前提下,降低均衡操作所需的空间及成本,保证均衡后的电芯SOC差异维持在一定的范围内,是一种低成本高效率的电芯均衡装置。适用于流水线上大批量电芯的均衡。
