Specifically, an unmanned taxi obtains the riding information of a user from a taxi calling server through a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, when the taxi arrives at a destination, the riding information is displayed on a preset window screen through a domain controller, and the user can interact through the riding information displayed on the window to confirm that the own demand is met. And the vehicle can perform biological recognition authentication on the current user by means of the previously obtained user identity information, and after the two-way verification is passed, unlocking is performed and a welcome with verification information is output. According to the invention, the interaction strategy is combined with the vehicle window display screen, bidirectional accurate identification of the user and the vehicle is completed, the method is suitable for all-time occasions, and the experience of verification unlocking is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种无人驾驶出租车智能交互方法及系统,本发明的主要设计构思在于,在无人驾驶出租车到达目的地之后,将车辆与用户的验证识别过程以车窗作为载体,缩短整个验证识别的时间并确保安全、精准。具体地,无人驾驶出租车通过车载智能终端从叫车服务端获取用户的乘车信息,当到达目的地时由域控制器将其显示到预设的车窗屏幕上,用户可通过车窗上显示的用车信息进行交互以确认符合己方需求,而车辆则可借由在先获取到的用户身份信息对当前用户进行生物识别认证,在双向验证皆通过后再进行解锁并输出带有核验信息的欢迎语。本发明将交互策略与车窗显示屏结合,完成用户与车辆的双向精准识别,适用全时段场合且大幅改善了验证解锁的体验。
