The invention discloses an anti-collision early warning method, device and equipment for a crane and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the real-time position of the crane and the real-time length and real-time inclination angle of a suspension arm when the crane is detected to enter an operation area, and further obtaining the real-time vertex three-dimensional coordinates of the suspension arm; according to a preset safety distance and the real-time vertex three-dimensional coordinates at different moments, constructing an omnibearing safety operation coordinate set, and then determining a plurality of risk obstacles based on the three-dimensional coordinates of each obstacle in a preset operation area; when it is detected that an obstacle exists around the suspension arm, the distance between the suspension arm and the obstacle is calculated; when the distance is smaller than a preset safety distance, a collision warning signal is generated and sent to a cab terminal; when it is detected that the electric field exists around the suspension arm, the power frequency electric field intensity corresponding to the electric field is determined; and when the power frequency electric field intensity is greater than a preset electric field intensity threshold, generating an electric shock alarm signal and sending the signal to a cab terminal. Collision and electric shock of the crane can be effectively prevented.

    本发明公开一种吊车防撞预警方法、装置、设备及介质,方法包括:当检测到吊车进入作业区域时,获取吊车的实时位置、吊臂的实时长度和实时倾角,进而获得吊臂的实时顶点三维坐标;根据预设安全距离和不同时刻的实时顶点三维坐标,构建全方位安全作业坐标集,然后基于预设作业区域内的各障碍物三维坐标,确定若干风险障碍物;当检测到吊臂周围存在障碍物时,计算吊臂与障碍物之间的相距距离;当相距距离小于预设安全距离时,生成碰撞告警信号并发送至驾驶室终端;当检测到吊臂周围存在电场时,确定电场所对应的工频电场强度;当工频电场强度大于预设电场强度阈值时,生成触电告警信号并发送至驾驶室终端。本发明能够有效预防吊车发生碰撞和触电。
