The invention discloses an anti-collision early warning system for a lifting rope of a crane. The overlook camera is installed on the crane and used for recognizing the deflection amplitude of a lifting hook in the direction of a suspension arm, the foresight camera and the foresight ultrasonic phased array are used for detecting obstacles in front of operation of the crane and coordinates of the obstacles, and the angle sensor is used for determining the inclination angle of the suspension arm. The overlook camera, the foresight camera, the foresight ultrasonic phased array, the angle sensor, the first length sensor and the second length sensor are respectively used for determining the length of a lifting arm and the length of a lifting rope, and the processor is used for receiving data collected by the overlook camera, the foresight camera, the foresight ultrasonic phased array, the angle sensor, the first length sensor and the second length sensor. The distance between the obstacle and the maximum deflection point of the lifting rope is determined according to the data, and when the distance is smaller than a preset value, an alarm is given out through the alarm device. According to the thought that the early warning range is set according to the swing amplitude of the lifting rope, the actual situation of the crane operation process is fully considered, and early warning is more accurate.

    本发明公开了一种吊车吊绳防撞预警系统,其包括安装于吊车上的用于识别吊钩在吊臂方向上的偏转幅度的俯视摄像头、用于检测吊车作业前方障碍物及其坐标的前视摄像头和前视超声波相控阵、用于确定吊臂的倾角的角度传感器、分别用于确定吊臂长度以及吊绳长度第一长度传感器和第二长度传感器以及处理器、报警装置,处理器用于接收俯视摄像头、前视摄像头、前视超声波相控阵、角度传感器、第一长度传感器、第二长度传感器采集的数据,并根据数据确定障碍物与吊绳最大偏转点之间的距离,并在距离小于预设值时,通过报警装置发出报警。本发明根据吊绳摆动幅度来设置预警范围的思路,充分考量了吊车作业过程的实际情况,使得预警更加精确。
