The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, in particular to an anti-collision early warning device for a crane hook. The anti-collision early warning device comprises a mounting column, amounting disc and a hook. The mounting column is welded to the upper surface of the mounting disc. A controller is mounted on the side wall of the mounting column. The hook is fixed to the lower surface of the mounting disc. A reset key is further arranged on the outer wall of the mounting disc. The interior of the mounting disc is of a cavity structure, and a fixing frame of a #-shaped structureis welded between the inner walls of the mounting disc. Side plates are arranged on the four sides of the exterior of the mounting disc. Sensors are embedded in the side walls of one sides of the side plates, and movable rods are welded to the side walls of the other sides of the side plates. The ends of the movable rods are located in the mounting disc, and guide plates are welded to the two side walls. The guide plates are slidably located on the fixing frame, and one sides of the guide plates are sleeved with springs on the outer walls of the fixing frame. According to the anti-collision early warning device for the crane hook, the early warning time can be prolonged, and the early warning effect of the equipment can be greatly improved.
