The invention belongs to the technical field of safety control of tower cranes, and discloses an anti-swing, anti-rotation and anti-rollover detection method and system for a tower crane hoisted object, the system detects motion state parameters of the tower crane hoisted object in real time, and transmits the motion state parameters to a wireless receiving module through a wireless transmitting module; wherein the related motion states of the hanging object comprise transverse movement, rotation and tipping; the PLC is used for processing and converting the received data, and when the related motion state of the hanging object reaches an early warning threshold value, the PLC sends out a hanging object danger early warning prompt and forbids relative positive operation and negative high-speed operation; and when the weight falls to the ground or the speed reduction relative motion state is lower than an early warning threshold value, the lifting danger early warning is relieved. According to the anti-swing, anti-rotation and anti-tipping real-time state monitoring method for the hoisted object of the tower crane, a tower crane driver can be assisted to operate the tower crane in a risk-free manner on line, the construction operation safety of the tower crane is ensured to the maximum extent, and construction risks are completely eradicated from the source.

    本发明属于塔式起重机的安全控制技术领域,公开了一种用于塔机吊物防摆、防旋转和防倾翻的检测方法及系统,系统实时检测塔式起重机吊物的运动状态参数,通过无线发射模块将运动状态参数传输给无线接收模块,其中吊物的相关运动状态包括横移、旋转和倾翻;PLC控制器对接收到的数据进行处理换算,当吊物的相关运动状态达到预警阈值时,PLC控制器发出吊物危险预警提示,并禁止相对正向操作和负向高速操作;待重物落地或降速相对运动状态低于预警阈值时,吊物危险预警解除。本发明的塔机吊物防摆、防旋转和防倾翻的实时状态监测方法,能够在线协助塔司无风险操作塔式起重机作业,最大限度确保塔机施工作业安全,从源头杜绝施工风险的发生。
