The invention belongs to the technical field of safety control of tower cranes, and discloses a method, a system and a device for preventing swing, rotation and tipping of a hoisted object of a tower crane, a posture detection device is connected with a wireless signal receiver through a wireless signal, and the wireless signal receiver is connected with an electric control system of the tower crane through a connecting line; a six-axis gyroscope sensor, a wireless signal transmitter and a power supply are arranged in the posture detection device, the six-axis gyroscope sensor is connected with the wireless signal transmitter, the power supply is respectively connected with the six-axis gyroscope sensor and the wireless signal transmitter, and a control key is embedded in the outer side of the posture detection device. The device can detect motion state parameters of a hoisted object of the tower crane in real time and transmit the motion state parameters to an electric control system of the tower crane through wireless signals, and when the related motion state of the hoisted object reaches an early warning threshold value, a hoisted object danger early warning prompt is sent out through the touch display screen, so that the construction operation safety of the tower crane is ensured to the maximum extent.
