The invention discloses a method for detecting the size of an object hoisted by a tower crane. The method comprises the following steps of: 3.1, acquiring a current frame image It of a video of the object hoisted by the tower crane; step 3.2, identifying the lifting hook by using a YOLOv5 algorithm, and marking a lifting hook image frame; 3.3, extracting the pixel size m of the long side of the lifting hook in the image; step 3.4, calculating the object image proportionality coefficient of the lifting hook according to the actual size of the lifting hook; step 3.5, according to the video images of the lifting hook of the tower crane under different motion conditions, utilizing a corresponding lifting object identification method to carry out lifting object identification; step 3.6, extracting the pixel sizes l and w of the length and the width of the rectangular frame in the image according to the rectangular frame of the hanging object marked in the step 3.5; and step 3.7, calculating the actual size of the hoisted object. According to the method disclosed by the invention, different image recognition methods are adopted, so that the recognition problem of uncertain hanging objects is solved; non-contact measurement of the size of the hanging object under different working conditions is achieved, the real-time performance is good, and simplicity and rapidness are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机吊物尺寸的检测方法,步骤包括:步骤3.1:采集塔机吊物视频当前帧图像It;步骤3.2:利用YOLOv5算法识别吊钩,标记出吊钩图像框;步骤3.3:提取图像中的吊钩的长边像素尺寸m;步骤3.4:根据吊钩实际尺寸,计算吊钩物像比例系数;步骤3.5:根据塔机不同运动工况的吊钩视频图像,利用对应的一种吊物识别方法进行吊物识别;步骤3.6:根据步骤3.5)标记出的吊物矩形框,提取矩形框在图像中的长度和宽度的像素尺寸l、w;步骤3.7:计算吊物实际尺寸。本发明的方法,采用不同的图像识别方法,解决了不确定吊物的识别问题;实现了不同工况下的吊物尺寸的非接触测量,实时性好,简单快捷。
