The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing device, a battery replacing system and a battery replacing method thereof.The battery replacing device comprises a mechanical arm, a base, a positioning assembly and at least one battery clamping jaw, the base is connected with the mechanical arm, the positioning assembly is connected to the base, and the positioning assembly comprises two oppositely-arranged positioning clamping jaws; the two positioning clamping jaws can get close to each other to position the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the battery clamping jaw is connected to the base and used for taking and placing a battery from the unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the battery replacing device, the influence of the plugging force generated by plugging the battery on the tail end of the mechanical arm can be reduced, the mechanical arm is prevented from bending deformation or damage caused by the plugging force in the battery plugging process, the requirements for the force output and rigidity of the mechanical arm are reduced, and therefore the weight of the battery replacing device is reduced, and the cost of the battery replacing device is reduced; and a plurality of battery clamping jaws are arranged on the base, so that a plurality of batteries of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be replaced at the same time, the battery replacement process of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced, and the battery replacement efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.

    本申请涉及一种无人机换电装置、换电系统及其换电方法,换电装置包括机械臂、基座、定位组件及至少一个电池夹爪,基座与机械臂连接,定位组件连接于基座,定位组件包括两个相对设置的定位夹爪,两个定位夹爪能够相互靠近以定位无人机,电池夹爪连接于基座,电池夹爪用于向无人机取放电池。该换电装置能够降低机械臂末端的受到的插拔电池产生的插拔力的影响,防止机械臂在插拔电池的过程中受插拔力产生弯曲形变或损坏,降低了对机械臂出力和刚度要求,从而降低换电装置的重量,降低换电装置的成本,提高无人机换电的可靠性,且在基座上设置多个电池夹爪,能够对无人机的多个电池进行同时换电,减少了无人机换电的流程,提高了无人机换电效率。
