The invention discloses an automatic water supply and drainage fuel cell system, a control method and a vehicle, the system comprises a cooling subsystem, a fuel cell controller and an electric pile, the cooling subsystem comprises a water tank, a liquid level detector, a water storage device, a first water pump and a switch valve; a water inlet of the water storage device is communicated with the galvanic pile, a water outlet of the water storage device is communicated with a water inlet of the water tank, the first water pump is arranged in the water storage device, a water outlet of the water tank is communicated with a first end of the switch valve, and the water outlet of the water tank is further communicated with the galvanic pile through a pile inlet water pipeline; the liquid level detector is used for detecting the liquid level of the water tank and sending the liquid level to the fuel cell controller, the fuel cell controller is used for receiving the liquid level, and if it is judged that the liquid level is higher than the maximum liquid level, the switching valve is controlled to be opened; if it is judged that the liquid level is lower than the minimum liquid level, the first water pump is controlled to be started. The system can realize automatic water replenishing and draining functions of the water tank of the fuel cell system.
本发明公开了一种自动给排水的燃料电池系统、控制方法及车辆,所述系统包括:冷却子系统、燃料电池控制器以及电堆,冷却子系统包括:水箱、液位检测器、蓄水器、第一水泵以及开关阀;蓄水器的进水口与电堆连通,蓄水器的出水口与水箱的进水口连通,第一水泵设置在蓄水器内,水箱的出水口与开关阀的第一端连通,水箱的出水口还经过入堆水管路与电堆连通;液位检测器用于检测水箱的液位,并将液位发送给燃料电池控制器,燃料电池控制器用于接收液位,若判定出液位高于最大液位,则控制开关阀开启;若判定出液位低于最小液位,则控制第一水泵开启。该系统能够实现燃料电池系统水箱自动补水和排水功能。
