Disclosed are a water drain system for a fuel cell vehicle and a control method therefor, which can derive an expected location where a fuel cell water drain system is expected to be operated. Moreover, the water drain system is operated in advance before the vehicle reaches the expected location to discharge the generated water of the fuel cell, so that the freezing at a specific location, such as a parking lot, due to excessive concentration of discharged water, is prevented, and the marketability of the fuel cell vehicle is further improved.
연료전지 물 배출 시스템의 작동이 예상되는 예상위치를 도출하여, 차량이 예상위치에 도달하기 이전에 미리 물 배출 시스템을 가동하여 연료전지의 생성수를 배출함으로써, 주차장 등 특정 위치에서 물 배출이 과도하게 집중되어 해당 위치에 결빙이 발생하는 것을 방지하고, 나아가 연료전지 차량의 상품성을 향상시키는 연료전지 차량의 물 배출 시스템 및 그 제어방법이 소개된다.
