The invention discloses a regional electric vehicle charging load prediction method based on multi-source information and parallel computing, and the method comprises the following steps: summarizing main travel purposes of private vehicle users, and building a state transition probability matrix; and fitting the probability density curve of the initial charging state of charge and the staying duration of the user, and establishing a unit mileage energy consumption estimation model of the electric vehicle. Providing a user path selection scheme simulation method based on time optimization; establishing an electric vehicle charging power two-stage change model; a multi-thread parallel computing technology is introduced, and an electric vehicle charging load prediction model is provided; an example is designed, and compared with a traditional serial method in the aspects of simulation results, speed-up ratios obtained in the simulation process and the like, the effectiveness of the method is verified. According to the method, the speed-up ratio exceeding three times can be obtained in a large-scale calculation scene, the average utilization rate of CPU calculation resources is increased by nearly three times, and the charging load of the regional electric vehicle is effectively predicted.

    本发明公开了一种多源信息与并行计算的区域电动汽车充电负荷预测方法,包括如下步骤:归纳私家车用户的主要出行目的,建立状态转移概率矩阵。对用户充电起始荷电状态,停留时长的概率密度曲线进行拟合,建立电动汽车单位里程能耗估计模型。提出基于时间最优的用户路径选择方案模拟方法;建立电动汽车充电功率两阶段变化模型;引入多线程并行计算技术,提出了一种电动汽车充电负荷预测模型;设计算例,利在仿真结果、仿真过程中所获得的加速比等方面与传统串行方法进行对比分析,验证所提方法的有效性。本发明可以在大规模计算场景下获得超过3倍的加速比,提高近3倍的CPU计算资源平均利用率,并实现对区域电动汽车充电负荷的有效预测。
