The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging station load prediction method and system based on multi-source feature fusion, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: collecting time-space load data of a charging station to establish a charging station space relation graph, a time sequence signal of a charging station load and load metadata; a GAT-LSTM module extracts space-time dynamic characteristics from the charging station space relation graph and the time sequence signal of the charging station load; extracting the characteristics of the load metadata by the metadata layer; splicing the spatio-temporal dynamic features and the features of the load metadata to obtain fusion features; and inputting the fusion features into a prediction layer, and outputting a charging load prediction value. The problem of inflexibility and fuzziness of weight distribution in a traditional network is solved, and accurate prediction of the electric vehicle charging station load is achieved.

    本发明公开一种基于多源特征融合的电动汽车充电站负荷预测方法及系统,涉及电动汽车技术领域。方法包括:采集充电站时空负荷数据,以建立充电站空间关系图、充电站负荷的时间序列信号和负荷元数据;由GAT‑LSTM模块从充电站空间关系图和充电站负荷的时间序列信号中提取时空动态特征;由元数据层提取负荷元数据的特征;拼接时空动态特征和负荷元数据的特征,得到融合特征;将融合特征输入预测层,输出充电负荷预测值。本发明解决传统网络中权重分配的不灵活性和模糊性,达到电动汽车充电站负荷的精准预测。
